Experienced Hire Application Process
The application process for experienced hires generally follows the following process:
- The candidate submits their application, either via email or through a job board.
- Candidates that meet the interview criteria are asked to join Synaptitude for an approximately 30 minute phone interview.
- Some candidates may be given a second phone interview with another member of Synaptitude’s team.
- Candidates will then interview on-site with a Synaptitude manager, generally the manager to whom the position will be reporting.
- Finally, successful candidates will be presented with a job offer.
Interviews may be functional, technical or both. Depending on the position, not all candidates will follow the exact same process for interviewing.
On-Campus College Recruiting
The application process for college graduates generally follows the following process:
- The candidate submits their application, either via the university recruiting system or via email.
- Candidates that meet the interview criteria are asked to join Synaptitude for an interview on campus at their university.
- Candidates will then be given a second phone interview with another member of Synaptitude’s team.
- Candidates will then interview on-site with a Synaptitude manager, generally the manager to whom the position will be reporting.
- Finally, successful candidates will be presented with a job offer.
