Synaptitude announced today that it has accepted TM Forum’s invitation to join the world’s leading industry association focused on enabling best-in-class IT for service providers in the communications, media and cloud service markets. “Synaptitude is not only looking to contribute to TM Forum’s Revenue Management industry standards, but also contribute as a primary thought leader in enhancing those standards for Utilities providers as part of TM Forum’s Energy Smart Grid Working Group” said John Karanikolas, Synaptitude Managing Partner.
