Experienced Hire Application Process

The application process for experienced hires generally follows the following process:

  1. The candidate submits their application, either via email or through a job board.
  2. Candidates that meet the interview criteria are asked to join Synaptitude for an approximately 30 minute phone interview.
  3. Some candidates may be given a second phone interview with another member of Synaptitude’s team.
  4. Candidates will then interview on-site with a Synaptitude manager, generally the manager to whom the position will be reporting.
  5. Finally, successful candidates will be presented with a job offer.

Interviews may be functional, technical or both. Depending on the position, not all candidates will follow the exact same process for interviewing.

On-Campus College Recruiting

The application process for college graduates generally follows the following process:

  1. The candidate submits their application, either via the university recruiting system or via email.
  2. Candidates that meet the interview criteria are asked to join Synaptitude for an interview on campus at their university.
  3. Candidates will then be given a second phone interview with another member of Synaptitude’s team.
  4. Candidates will then interview on-site with a Synaptitude manager, generally the manager to whom the position will be reporting.
  5. Finally, successful candidates will be presented with a job offer.
