Project Overview & Objectives

The client had several existing applications that were poorly integrated and provided very little operational and analytical support for managing their customer and event information. With sales growing more than 25% per year, the client contracted Synaptitude to develop a robust CRM application to meet their business needs.

Our Involvement

Synaptitude’s consultants executed a full life cycle development project to implement a custom MS Access based CRM application to automate and support the sales and service functions within the client’s operations. The resulting application manages all of the event, contract, customer, vendor and activity data and provides analytical reporting to improve their marketing strategies. The resulting solution was also integrated with the client’s Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll applications, making their business more efficient and effective.

Results and Benefits

The CRM solution provided the client with a comprehensive application meeting all their analytical and operational business requirements, and resulting in an over 80% decrease in administration expenses.
